so my surgery is wednesdsay morning at 9am. I have to be at the surgery center at 7:30am. My husband will be home with the 2 boys and my best friend will take me to the surgery. I'm excited and nervous. I guess now I'm going through all the "what ifs". I have seen some of those documentarys on TV about "plastic surgery" gone wrong - so now I'm paranoid and thinking "what if". I'm also thinking that I should of asked more questions, talked to more women who went to that PS, and got more consults. I went to lunch with some girlfiends yesterday and they thought I was crazy for actually going through with it. So after having 2 MOJITO"s in me I started to address my friends chest (she had BA from a AA to a full C) and I said "oh really, your not for PS" haha. They both think that I should give my body more time to 'bounce back' after having baby #2..... but he is 15 months today and my problem is not strech marks of saggy skin but the distended belly that I have - which is above the belly button. No binder, slip, Yummy Tummy or special tank top will help that. The PS said that the distention is mostly heridatry (sp) and a result of streched out stomach muscles that will never go back now matter how many crunches or how much weight you lose. I look at my moms belly and her sisters - and they all have it.... it's like a big belly on a small person. I don't want that to be me and I dont want people to ask me if i'm pregnant or god forbid wonder if i'm pregnant of just fat. I have today, monday and tuesday to try and get ready for the post op part of it. I need to get some lose items to wear and ice packs and bring the reclyner in from the garage (glad that we didnt get rid of it), get my med's filled and then just wait.
